Here in Kirksville there is something call the SAA- which stands for the Student advocate association.. which is only funny because it is basically the wives club and for so long I thought it stood for significant other association. – which is especially funny because ‘other’ does not start with an A.

Anyways.. it is the greatest thing. Everymorning we swap babysitting so that we can all get a little exercise. There is a group that does a sewing project once a month- a cooking club a book club, but mostly it is a group where we can get together and support each other and our cute little student doctors and feel not so alone by working together. Which is something I am really starting to believe in.

Last year I was on the little board as the First year Rep- which meant I planned a party. And this year I am the second VP which means.. I plan another awesome party and help everyone else with random things- which so far has just been making sweets and decorating chalkboards.

Anyways.. here is the beautiful group of girls that I get to work with! And a chalkboard J
